High Technology Crime Investigation Association
(HTCIA) is composed of law enforcement and private industry professionals in the
state of Idaho that meet monthly to discuss issues relevant to the investigation
of high-tech crime. Meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at
09:00. Locations vary by hosting business or agency.
The HTCIA is an international organization that provides resources and
facilitates networking with other professionals engaged in the investigation of
high-tech crime. HTCIA has over thirty-five chapters across the world. HTCIA
also publishes a monthly newsletter, hosts an email list on which its members
discuss high-tech crime investigation issues, and provides content on its
website exclusive to its members. More information on HTCIA, its purposes and
objectives, and rules are contained in the bylaws.
Please refer to our membership page for information on joining the Idaho chapter
